Trophy Day - Saturday September 18

"Dear Parent/ Guardian,
It’s now less than a month before we draw the curtain on another great year of junior rugby at the Brumbies. As well as the AGM & players presentations, this year we are looking to extend the celebration into the afternoon. The date to lock in the diary is Saturday 18th September.
A BBQ sausage and drink will be available for the children. The coffee van will be onsite (from 10am) and alcohol will be on sale after midday. We will be setting up a beer tent and have organized a DJ to pump out some tunes. For the kids, we have organized some fair rides and will also have some fun activities & games on the fields. We know that some teams will have organized their own break ups but would like to invite all teams to use this afternoon as the official club break up. We will be allocating parts of the main playing field for each team and encourage parents to bring gazebos/ marquees, chairs and nibbles.
The AGM & presentation will be held in the sports hall behind the clubhouse. Awards will be given to all players as well as recognising the support from our sponsors and key individuals.
The timetable for the day is:
10:15 - 10:30 Meet at the clubhouse. Parents should look to drop their boys off with their team. The boys will be led into the hall by their coaches/ managers. We are looking to keep the presentation to a tight schedule and would appreciate if parents could make sure the boys are there on time.
11:00 - 12:00 AGM & presentation.
12:00 onwards Rides and other activities
